Set Up Automatic Payments (Auto Pay) in the Billing Portal

Enable Auto Pay to process your payments automatically. You must be a net2phone Billing Portal user to enable automatic payments for your account. 

Enable Auto Pay from the Account Dashboard 

You can access the Auto Pay page from the Account Dashboard. net2phone Canada accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and AMEX credit cards, as well as Mastercard and Visa debit cards. 

  1. Log in to the net2phone Billing Portal.
  2. From the Account Dashboard, click either: 
    1. the Manage Auto Payments button in the Auto Pay Status tile, or,  
    2. the Add New button in the Auto-Payment Method section. 
  3. Enter your credit card information. 
  4. Review and update your billing address if necessary. 
  5. Ensure the Save for Autopay checkmark is enabled. 
  6. Click Save. 
    Success: The Add Auto Payment page will close, and your automatic payment method will be listed with edit (pencil) and delete (trashcan) icons. 

Enable Auto Pay while Making a One-Time Payment

All Billing Portal users have access and permission to enable automatic payments to their net2phone Canada account. 

  1. Log in to the net2phone Billing Portal.
  2. Click the Make a Payment button within the Current Balance tile at the top of the Account Dashboard. 
  3. Click Add New Payment Method. 
  4. Enter your Credit Card information. 
  5. Review and update your billing address if necessary. 
  6. Check the box for Save for Autopay. 
  7. Click the blue Pay button. 
    Success: The Pay button will turn green, and you will be redirected to the Account Dashboard. The Autopay Method and Autopay Status will reflect your most recent transaction and your updated automatic payment method.  

Update or Cancel Automatic Payments?

To update or disable Auto Pay, return to the Auto Pay Status tile in your Billing Portal and click Manage Auto Payments. You can edit or remove your default payment method from there using the pencil icon to edit and the trashcan icon to delete.
