Set Up Automatic Payments (Auto Pay) in the Billing Portal

Enable Auto Pay to pay your invoices automatically from a saved payment method. You must be a net2phone Billing Portal user to enable Auto Pay for your account.

Make a one-time payment

For complete instructions on submitting a one-time payment, refer to Make a One-Time Payment in the Billing Portal .

 

Enable Auto Pay from the Account Dashboard

You can enable Auto Pay from the Account Dashboard in the net2phone Billing Portal.

  1. Log in to the net2phone Billing Portal.
  2. From the Account Dashboard, select either:
    1. Manage auto-payment in the Auto Payment tile, or
    2. Add New in the Auto-payment Method section.
Example: Select Manage auto-payment from the Auto Payment tile or Add New from the Auto-payment Method section.
  1. Enter your payment method details.
  2. Review and update your billing address, if needed.
  3. Ensure the Use For Auto Pay checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Save. 
    Success: Your saved payment method will appear in the Auto Payment area, where you can edit or remove it later.
Example: Add a payment method, select Use For Auto Pay, and save your changes.

⚠️ Outstanding balances are processed when automatic payment is enabled

If your account has an outstanding balance, the full amount due will be charged when you save a payment method for Auto Pay. Future invoices will be charged automatically.

 

Enable Auto Pay while making a one-time payment

You can also enable automatic payments while submitting a one-time payment in the Billing Portal.

  1. Log in to the net2phone Billing Portal.
  2. In the Current Balance tile, click Make a payment.
  3. Click Add New Payment Method.
  4. Enter your payment method details.
  5. Review and update your billing address, if needed.
  6. Select the Use For Auto Pay checkbox.
  7. Click Pay. 
    Success: After the payment is processed, you will return to the Account Dashboard, and your automatic payment method will be updated.

Update or cancel automatic payments

To update or disable automotic payments, return to the Auto Payment tile or the Auto-payment Method section in the Billing Portal. Use the edit icon to update a saved payment method or the delete icon to remove it.

Example: Manage a saved Auto Pay method by editing or deleting the payment method on file.
