If you know your Billing Portal username, you can reset your password directly from the login page. If you do not know your username, please contact another authorized Billing Portal user who can send you a password reset email, or contact the net2hone Canada Billing team.Â
Password Requirments
Whether you are creating a secure password for the first time, or recovering forgotten passwords, the requirements are the same. Â Â
- contain at least 15 characters in length
- should contain digits
- should contain a combination of both upper and lower case characters

- Navigate to the Billing Portal login page.
- Click on the “Forgot Password?” link under the password entry box.Â
- Enter your Username.
- Click Continue.
- After the page refreshes, notice an on-screen message prompting you to check the email associated with your username; the sender will be no-reply@net2phone.com, and the email will contain a your temporary password.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. - Click on the link provided in the email (https://billing.net2phone.com/net2phone) and enter your temporary password.

Create a new secure password and reenter it to confirm.
Follow the password format requirements listed on the right. - Click Login.Â
Success: You should now be logged into the portal with your new password configured.

Having Trouble Logging in?
If you are experiencing issues logging into the Billing Portal, try our first troubleshooting steps:Â
- Verify that you are entering the correct username.Â
- Ensure you do not have caps-lock enabled.Â
- Ensure there are no extra white spaces after your username or password.Â
- Check if your account was locked from too many login attempts.Â
