If you experience issues with the Net2Phone Canada Sonar mobile app, our Technical Support team member may ask you to provide your mobile log files. Your mobile SIP log file or a mobile operating system file can be shared via email from the Sonar Mobile application.
Sonar Mobile Log File Sharing RequirementsÂ
Both Android and iPhone users can share their mobile app logs directly from the Sonar Mobile app to the net2phone Canada Support team directly from the app.Â
For iPhone devicesÂ
iOS devices use your connected Apple Mail by default. If your Apple Mail is not configured, the log file share will not send.
How to Share Your Mobile Log FilesÂ
The process for log file sharing is slightly different for Android mobile and iOS mobile.Â
Android File Log SharingÂ
- Within the Sonar mobile app, open the Settings menu from any page by selecting the three-dot hamburger menu on the bottom right.Â
 - From the  Settings menu, select About.Â
- Select Submit Log File.
- Choose the email method to share the log file.
- Send the email to support@net2phone.ca. Â
iOS File Log SharingÂ
- Within the Sonar mobile app, open the Settings menu from any page by selecting the three-dot hamburger menu on the top right.Â
- From the Settings menu, select About.Â
- Click Submit Feedback to create an Apple Mail email draft with an attached mobile log file.Â
- Send the email to support@net2phone.ca. Â
