Billing Portal Overview

Welcome to the net2phone Canada Billing Portal. You will receive an email invitation that includes a login link, your username, and a temporary password.

Download your Call Data Records (CDRs)

After receiving your monthly invoice, you can download Call Data Records (CDRs) from the Transaction History page by opening an invoice and selecting Invoice Transaction Details.

For historical invoices (up to 6 months), Office Managers can download billed CDR exports from Manage Organization > Call History.

Your First Billing Portal Login

When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new secure password.

Password Requirements

Billing Portal passwords must:

  • Contain at least 15 characters
  • Contain more than 1 digit
  • Include both uppercase and lowercase letters

If your welcome email has expired, select Forgot Password from the login page to reset your password.

Billing Portal: Account Dashboard

After logging in, you will land on the Account Dashboard, where you can view your balance, recent payments, Auto Pay status, billing details, and transaction history.

The Account Dashboard contains the following sections:

  1. Current Balance
  2. Last Payment
  3. Auto Pay Status
  4. Automatic Payment Method
  5. Billing Address
  6. Transaction History

Current Balance

The Current Balance tile shows your total amount due and due date. If the balance is negative, your account has a credit that will be applied to future invoices.

Click Make a Payment to open the payment page.

Last Payment

The Last Payment tile shows the most recent payment date, amount, and payment method.

Auto Pay Status

The Auto Pay Status tile shows whether automatic payments are enabled and which payment method is set for Auto Pay.

Automatic Payment Method

This section shows your default Auto Pay payment method and expiration date. You can update your Auto Pay method here.


Billing Address

The Billing Address section displays the billing address on file. Click Edit Profile to update billing details, time zone, or billing contacts.

Transaction History

The Transaction History table displays invoices, payments, credits, and refunds. You can download invoice PDFs and view invoice details from this section.
