In situations where the URL is configured this way, you can also set the extension to open a specific record based on the “from phone number.”
How to Use the Click-to-Dial Extension
After adding the extension, you may see a popup with basic instructions. To review the process, follow the steps below.
- Open the net2phone Canada Chrome extension in your browser.
From here, you'll find a snapshot of your recent call history. - Ensure that click-to-dial is enabled, the pointing hand icon should be blue.
- Click the gear icon to access Additional Settings.
- Show Click to Dial Confirm
- URL feature
- URL type box
- Add a field to input a From Number
Click Save before closing Additional Settings.
