ADD AN INTRODUCTORY GREETING TO YOUR DOMAIN

Introductory greetings can either be a message or music and are played when a caller is on hold.

NOTES:
  • This greeting will play as soon as a caller is placed on hold, and will only play once.
  • Having an introductory greeting lets callers know you haven’t hung up on them and reduces the number of abandoned calls.
  • Uploads must be in .mp3 or .wav format.
  • If you are uploading music, remember that copyright laws will apply.
