Music on hold can be an important introduction to your place of business. Often it is the first impression someone will have after calling in. It's ideal to have your music-on-hold (MOH) reflect your business, whether that be professional, fun, or somewhere in the middle.

HOW TO ADD MUSIC ON HOLD
Ensure you are in "Manage Organization" view.
1. Click the Music On Hold tab.
2. Click Add Music.
3. Click Browse and select the .wav or .mp3 file you want to upload.
4. Name MOH next to "Song Name" so you can recognize it in the future.
5. Click Upload to save.
NOTE: If you have multiple MOH files you can choose to randomize them so they shuffle through as people call in. To access, click Settings and check the radio box next to "Randomize Music on Hold."
