Accept the net2phone Canada Proposal and Finalize Your Service Agreement

Welcome to net2phone Canada! You’re just a few simple steps away from activating your new business communication solution. This guide will walk you through how to:

  • Review and accept your proposal
  • Sign the digital quote (eSignature)
  • Complete your first onboarding form
  • Add up to three onboarding contacts
  • Add your shipping information and complete the sign-up initiation

(1) Accept the Proposal 

When you receive a net2phone Canada service proposal, the document will outline key details such as pricing, billing terms, and the selected service items. Submitting the Service Agreement serves as the formal approval to begin service provisioning.

Every Quote is Unique 

The price of services and the quantity will vary depending on the type of bundle or promotional offer. Hardware rentals may be included.

(2) E-Sign the Service Agreement 

Selecting “I Accept This Quote” initiates the Service Agreement process. You will be redirected to a waiting page while your Service Agreement is digitally prepared. 

Review the Document 

Please thoroughly review the Service Agreement before filling in the required fields. 

  1. Once your Service Agreement is ready, click GO. 
  2. Review the document.
  3. When you are ready, click the Start Filling button to jump to the required input fields.

Fill the Service Agreement's  Required Fields 

Fill the Required Fields, as follows: 

  1. Company Name: The company name entered here must match your Client Information within the Service Proposal. 
  2. Contact Name: The contact entered here should match your Client Information within the Service Proposal. 
  3. Title: The role of contact within the company, for onboarding records. 
  4. To accept the terms, enter “Yes” by typing in the field box or selecting Yes from the drop-down options. 
  5. Enter the date of agreement (today). 
  6. Click Sign to open the eSignature menu.
  7. Enter your name and choose your preferred eSignature font. 
  8. When all the fields are green, click Finish.

Success: Redirect to the Final Sign-Up Form!

You will be redirected to our onboarding form, where you can add up to 3 onboarding contacts and enter your service details and shipping information.

 

(3) Onboarding Information 

The first section of the onboarding form allows you to enter up to 3 onboarding contacts and set your target service dates.

Contact information required includes: 

  • First and last name,
  • email, and,
  • phone number.

The target date entered here may be subject to change.

(4) Shipping Information 

Even if your service agreement does not include hardware, please enter your organization's shipping address and shipping contact for our records and potential future needs.

(5) Review and Sign Up 

Please review your information before completing the final step. In the example below, our test account decided they did not need additional onboarding contacts.
