Planning to be out of the office?
Consider switching to Unified Messaging, i.e., sending voicemails to email.
All your voicemails will be sent to your designated email address with a transcript and voice recording.
HOW TO LISTEN TO YOUR VOICEMAIL WITH AN EXTERNAL PHONE
- Call your office extension from an external phone.
- Let it right through to the voicemail greeting.
- Press star (*) while your voicemail greeting is playing.
- You will be prompted to enter your extension’s voicemail PIN.
Success
You will be able to listen to your voicemails as if you had dialled *98 from your desk phone!
