Billing Portal Overview

Welcome to the net2phone Billing Portal! You will be invited to join via email, with a link, your username, and a temporary password included in the details. 

Download your Call Data Records (CDRs) from the Billing Portal 

Once you have received your July 2025 net2phone Canada invoice, you can download June Call Data Records (CDRs) in the net2phone Billing Portal, within the Transaction History, Invoice > Invoice Transaction Details page.

For historical invoices (retroactive up to 6 months), Office Managers can download “billed exports” CDRs from Manage Organization > Call History.

Your First Billing Portal Login 

Upon your first Billing Portal login, you will be prompted to change your password to a new secure password.

Password Requirments  

You must create a new, secure password during your first login. If you forgot your password, or the welcome email has timed out, you can initiate a password reset by clicking the Forgot Password link from the Billing Portal login page. 

Billing Portal passwords must:

  • contain at least 15 characters in length
  • contain more than 1 digit
  • should contain a combination of both upper and lower case characters

Billing Portal: Account Dashboard 

After logging in, you will land on the main Billing Portal page, the Account Dashboard. From here, you can view recent billing activity and access payment options. 

The Billing Portal, Account Dashboard has four main components:

  1. Current Balance and Last Payment (the top),
  2. Automatic Payment Method (top-middle), 
  3. Billing Address (bottom-middle), and, 
  4. Transaction History (bottom). 

The example below shows an Account Dashboard with active Auto Pay, a recent refund, and three months of invoice/payment/credits/refund history; use the Transaction History table filters to refine the data.

Current Balance & Last Payment

The three tiles at the top of the page provide a snapshot of your account's current balance and last payment information. 

Current Balance (top left)

The first tile shows the total amount due and the due date. In the example below, the current balance is -210.69, indicating the account has overpaid its balance, resulting in a credit that will automatically apply to upcoming invoices.

Make a Payment 

Click the Make a Payment button to jump to the Payment page
The Payment page allows you to choose a saved payment method or enter a new one. 

New Payment Tip: Enable Use For Auto Pay

You will find a checkbox to easily enable your saved payment method for autopay when entering payment methods. 

 

View Aging 

Click the View Aging link to open an Account Aging summary.

Account aging is divided into 30-day intervals, providing a snapshot of which amounts are still owing, how long they've been outstanding, and where follow-up or reconciliation might be needed. Use Account Aging to view and track overdue invoices or credits over time.

Last Payment (top center)

The middle tile displays your account's last payment details, including your previous payment date, amount paid, and type of payment method. In the example below, the last payment made was $160.69, paid by credit card on May 21st, 2025. 

Auto Pay Status (top right)

Quickly view if Auto Pay is active on your account.

With Auto Payment Enabled, the Auto Pay Status tile will display the auto-pay method and an Add New Method button, which you can click to jump to the Auto Payment page. 
Without Auto Payment Enabled, the Auto Pay Status tile will include a Manage Auto Payments button, which you can click to jump to the Auto Payment page. 

Automatic Payment Method

The auto-payment method allows you to view your default payment method and its expiration date. Use the Change Card or Add New buttons on the right to update auto-pay details.

Billing Address

The Billing Address section will display your account's current listed address on file.  Click Edit Profile to update your billing details, time zone, or billing contacts.
