Log in to Huddle
Log in to Huddle using your net2phone Canada Sonar credentials. If you have scheduled calls, they will be listed on the main page. The examples below are from an iPhone 13 device.
Sonar Single Sign On (SSO)
If your organization has Single-Sign-On (SSO) enabled, you will be prompted to connect your Huddle to the work email used for SSO.
Start a Huddle
Click the Start Huddle meeting and share your invite.
You can also create recurring Huddles directly from the mobile app, or securely connect your Google or Microsoft Calendars for seamless integration.
Access your Huddle Settings
Find all the Huddle features you love on your mobile device!
While on a conference call, you can find Huddle's key features at the bottom of the screen, with Chat and Participants at the top. The bottom screen icons are, from left to right:
- Hide in-call options
- Mute microphone
- Enable camera
- Enable speaker
During a Huddle conference, click the small arrow icon on the bottom right to reveal more features.
- Access emoji reactions
- Toggle tile view
- Raise hand
- Invite to Conference
- Clicking the 3-dot menu (left) reveals the option to:
- Enable low bandwidth mode, and,
- View Speaker Statistics.
Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Logout
You can access the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Logout Options by clicking the hamburger (3-line) slideout menu located in the top right of your screen.
