Poly Edge E350 Button Guide 

Designed for busy professionals, the Poly Edge E350 desk phone provides a familiar interface.

1. Line Keys: Select a phone line, view active calls on different lines, and quickly call a favourite contact.

2. Display Screen: Access menus and features like your call log, directory, and system settings.

3. Soft Keys: Choose context-specific options displayed on the screen above these keys.

4. Pagination Key: View additional line keys.  

5. Navigation Pad & Selection Key: Scroll through screens and make selections.

6. Back Key: Return to the previous screen.

7. Home Key: Return to the home screen or the home icon view.

8. Hold Key: Put a call on hold and retrieve it using this key. 

9. Transfer Key: Use this key for an attended (warm) call transfer while on a call.

10. Volume Control Keys: Adjust the volume for the ringer and speaker. 

11. Voicemail Key: Access your voicemail messages. Note that if voicemail-to-email (unified messaging) is enabled messages will not be saved on your device.

12. Headset Key: Switch to a connected headset instead of the handset.

13. Speaker Key: Toggle the speakerphone on or off.

14. Mute Key: Mute or unmute your microphone.

15. Dial Keys: Standard 12-key dial pad for making calls and entering characters, as indicated by the letters on the keys.
