Use your net2phone Canada Sonar credentials to sign in to Huddle and start hosting video meetings. If you have been invited to someone else’s meeting, you can join as a guest without signing in.
Notes and requirements
- Use the same username and password you use for Sonar.
- On a computer, you can access Huddle through your browser without downloading an application.
- Use a stable internet connection and allow microphone and camera access when prompted.

Sign in to Huddle
Have your Sonar username and password ready, then open Huddle in your browser.
- Go to huddle.net2phone.com.
- Enter your Sonar username and password.
- Complete sign-in to open the Huddle home page.

Prepare for your first meeting
Check your equipment before starting or joining a meeting.
- On the Huddle home page, click the gear icon next to your profile.
- Open Audio to test your microphone and speakers.
- Open Video to check your camera preview.

Do I need a separate Huddle account?
As a net2phone Canada Sonar user, you can sign in with your existing Sonar username and password. You do not need to create a separate Huddle account. You can also learn how to share a Huddle Meeting Link with an External Guest.
Do I need to sign in to join a meeting?
You can join someone else’s Huddle as a guest without signing in. Open the meeting link in your invitation and follow the prompts. If a passcode is required, use the one provided by the host.
Sign in with your Sonar credentials to start and host your own meetings.
Do I need to download an app to use Huddle?
On a computer, you can use Huddle directly in your browser. For mobile devices, follow the download and access instructions in Huddle for Mobile.
What if I cannot sign in?
Confirm that you are using your Sonar username and password. Review your net2phone Canada credentials if you need help updating them. If you still cannot sign in, contact your account administrator.
Why is my microphone or camera unavailable?
Check your browser’s site permissions and your computer’s privacy settings to allow access to your microphone and camera. Then confirm that the correct devices are selected in Huddle.
