Huddle is net2phone's video conference app. 


How do I log in to Huddle?

Log into Huddle with your net2phone Canada Credentials—the same username and password you use for Sonar.


How much does Huddle cost?

Huddle is free with all new net2phone Canada plans, except for the Business Lite plan.


Is Huddle secure?

Yes. Huddle is built on an encrypted platform and uses password protection for both hosts and guests. It’s earned an "A" rating for security from SSL Labs.


How many people can join a Huddle?

You can host up to 100 participants in a single Huddle session.


Which devices and browsers work with Huddle?

Connect to Huddle anywhere with a quality internet connection! 

Huddle is compatible with:

Desktop browsers: Chrome, Edge, and Firefox

Mobile devices: iOS and Android (via the Huddle app)
Huddle App for iOS and Android. 


Do participants need a Huddle account to join?

Nope! Guests can join with just the meeting link and password—no account is required.


Do I need to download anything to use Huddle?

No downloads are necessary for desktop use. If you're using a mobile device or tablet, you can download the Huddle app from the Huddle App for iOS or Android.  


Do I need to download anything?

Mobile/Tablet: Yes, you’ll need to download the Huddle App for iOS or Android.

Huddle requires a quality internet connection; learn how to Test Your Internet Speed for Optimal Performance.  

Can’t hear others? Check your microphone and speaker settings.

Camera not working? Make sure your browser has permission to access it.

Using a VPN or firewall? Some settings may block access—try switching networks or disabling them temporarily.
