Poly CCX Key Features  

The Poly CCX Media Phones are recommended with the net2phone Canada Sonar system for their advanced United Communications (UC) features. 

Colour Display
Colour LCD Gesture-based, multitouch-capable touchscreen ensures a clear and vibrant interface, enhancing user interaction and ease of use.
    CCX 500 has a 5-inch screen, 1024 x 600 pixels.
    CCX 600 has a 7-inch screen, 720 x 1280 pixels. 

Audio
Poly Acoustic Clarity technology provides full-duplex conversations, acoustic echo cancellation, and background noise suppression. Poly HD Voice for each audio path: handset, hands-free speakerphone, or headset.

Bluetooth 4.2
Bluetooth 4.2 provides faster and more reliable connections to Bluetooth-enabled devices like headsets, speakers, and mobile phones, improving the overall user experience with seamless audio and data transfer.

RJ-9 Port

Poly CCX 500 Button Guide 

Designed for busy professionals, the Poly SIP CCX500 media phone provides a familiar touch-screen interface.

  1.  LED light indicator.  Flashing red indicates incoming calls or new messages. 
  2. Volume control. Turn up or down the volume of the ringer and speaker.
  3. Touchscreen. Allows you to access many features through the phone, similar to the interface if a touchscreen on a smartphone.
  4. Headset. Enables you to use a headset connected to the phone rather than the handset attached to the phone base.
  5. Speakerphone indicator. Turn on and off the speakerphone option, which glows green when active. 
  6. Mute key. Mute your microphone audio from being heard. You can toggle this key to turn the microphone on and off.
  7. Speaker Microphones. Sends your audio and provides received audio and ringer.
