Accessing the Web Header Code
To access the code navigate to https://insights.net2phone.ca/web_headers/. You can either download the code as an HTML file, which provides a preview of the header, or copy it directly to your clipboard.
For an existing Call Queue Web Header follow the steps below.
Click the eye icon next to the code you want to copy.
To create code for a new Web Header follow the steps below.
- If you don't have a call queue set up yet, click "Add," enter a description, and choose your queue from the drop-down menu.
- When adding a new component, enter a description, select your queue, and choose whether you want the header to display in English or French.
