  • You cannot access voicemail if you have an active call on any line.
  • You can also send voicemail to email with an audio recording and transcript. Learn more: Send voicemail messages to email.

To listen to voicemail from your Yealink phone:

  1. Dial *98.
  2. Enter your voicemail PIN.
  3. Follow the voice prompts to listen to new or saved messages.

Alternatively, press the Voicemail button on your phone and follow the voice prompts.

Listen to Voicemail from an External Phone

If you don’t have voicemail-to-email enabled, you can check your voicemail from an external phone (for example, a mobile phone or landline).

  1. Call your office extension from an external phone.
  2. Let the call ring until the voicemail greeting plays.
  3. Press * while the greeting is playing.
  4. Enter your extension’s voicemail PIN to access your voicemail inbox.

After entering your PIN, you can listen to voicemail messages using the same voice prompts as *98.
