Poly IP phones require a direct Ethernet connection; if the Poly device utilizes the PC port (on the phone), your connection will drop.Â
You can reboot a Poly Edge in one of two ways.
- From the device, simultaneously hold keys #1, #3 and #0 on the keypad.Â

- From the device, navigate to Home, then Settings.Â
- Select Basic.Â
- Select Restart Phone.
