Change your default language
Choose the language used in your Huddle interface from the pre-lobby settings.
- Sign in to Huddle using your net2phone Canada Sonar credentials.
- Click the gear icon next to your name and initials.
- Select General, then choose a language from the drop-down menu.
- Click OK to save. Huddle refreshes to apply your selected language.

Use in-meeting controls
Manage your microphone and camera, share your screen, and send group or private messages. Use raised hands and emoji reactions to respond without interrupting. Moderators can also manage participants, create breakout rooms, and share YouTube videos.

Collect feedback with polls
Use polls to gather opinions or confirm decisions during a meeting. Prepare drafts in advance or create questions during a live Huddle.
Notes and requirements
You can prepare drafts before a meeting, but you must be in a live Huddle to send a poll. Some polling actions may require Moderator permissions.
Prepare poll drafts
From the Huddle home page, open Settings using the gear icon. Select Draft Polls, then Open Poll Drafts to prepare your questions.

Create and send a poll
During a live Huddle, open the polling panel to share a question with participants.
- Click the Chat icon in the top-right corner, then open the Polls tab.
- Enter your question and add at least two response options.
- Review your question and answers, then select Start poll.

Participants can select an option, submit their vote, and change their response afterward. Results appear after voting and update as responses are submitted.
Save results or upload questions
Open the three-dot menu in the polling panel to:
-
Save polls as a file — download poll results as a
.txtfile during a live Huddle. -
Upload and send polls — upload prepared questions from a
.csvfile, with up to 50 polls per upload.
