Welcome Email and net2phone Canada Credentials
You will receive a welcome email that contains a link prompting you to complete your account setup by creating your password and voicemail PIN. Unsure of your first log-in? Review Activate your Sonar Account by Accepting the Welcome Email or learn how to Update your net2phone Canada Credentials.
At net2phone Canada, we use the same username and password to log into all of our products.
Your username is always your extension number @ your domain.
e.g., 101@exampledomain.com
Your password needs to contain 8 characters, with at least 1 capital letter and 1 number.
e.g., Mypassword1
Record your Name for Audio Directories
If your organization uses an auto attendant directory, recording your name ensures clients can easily locate you. The auto attendant allows callers to search for employees by last name or extension.
Sonar Portal: User Types
Each Sonar user role has slightly different access points and configurable features.
Basic Users – 7 tabs, the first is Home.
Office Managers – 10 tabs in Manage Organization and basic user access within My Account and Account Preferences.
(New) Site Managers – 6 tabs in Manage Organization and basic user access within My Account.
Call Center Agents: 3 tabs, the first is Call Center.
Call Center Supervisors: 7 tabs, the first is Call Center.
Site Manager: 6 tabs, the first is Home.
